No. You can paste text straight into the tool and convert it without any file at all.
Turn on the monospace font option — every character then occupies the same width, so indentation and columns line up.
Standard Latin characters are fully supported. Characters outside that range, including many non-Latin scripts, are replaced because the built-in PDF fonts do not include them.
Very long input simply produces more pages. Extremely large documents take a moment to lay out.
Privacy and security
Your file is read directly from your device and processed in your browser. It is never uploaded to a server, so there is no copy for us to keep, share or lose. Closing the tab discards everything. If you want to check this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and use the tool — you will see no request carrying your file or input leave the page.
