FreeTool respects copyright and responds to valid notices about material we actually host.

One thing is worth stating first, because it answers most enquiries: we do not host user files. Every tool processes files inside your own browser, so there is no uploaded document on our servers to remove.

What we host

We host the pages, code and illustrations of this website. If you believe any of that infringes your copyright, tell us and we will investigate.

What we do not host

We do not store, index, share or transmit the documents and images people process here. They are never uploaded. As a result, we cannot remove, disable access to, or produce a copy of any such file — not because we decline to, but because no copy exists.

If you have found a copy of your work published somewhere, the host of that copy is who can act on it.

Sending a notice

Send notices to the contact address on this site. To be actionable, a notice should include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed
  • the exact URL on freetool.co.in where the material appears
  • your contact details, including an email address
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf
  • your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notices

If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with equivalent detail, including your consent to jurisdiction where applicable.

Repeat infringers

We terminate access for repeat infringers where we have any means to do so.
