Turn off the header option and each row becomes an array of values instead of an object.
Type detection converts anything that looks numeric. For IDs with leading zeros or very long numbers that is usually wrong — turn detection off to keep everything as strings.
Yes. A quoted field containing line breaks is kept as one value.
No. Parsing runs in your browser, so this is safe with production exports.

Your input is processed by JavaScript running inside your browser. Nothing you paste is sent over the network, logged, or stored — which is what makes this safe to use with production data. If you want to check this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and use the tool — you will see no request carrying your file or input leave the page.
