No — this is a line-level diff. A line with a single word changed shows as one removal and one addition.

Usually invisible differences: trailing spaces, tabs against spaces, or Windows line endings. Turn on the whitespace option.
It is a readable diff, not a unified patch that `git apply` would accept.
Privacy and security
